This model is most suitable for Small websites, Softwares with defined scope, Re-Development of Softwares, Website redesigning etc where tasks are already predefined and possibility of changes is very low. In this case based on the scope a fixed timeline and budget is shared with the clients. Also Fixed budget doesnt mean that you cannot make any changes to scope, we can make adjustments based on mutual understanding.
Pay Per Consume
Pay Per Consume This model is recommended for Startups and for Projects with continuously evolving scope. In this model the per hour cost based on the skill required is shared with the client and daily time/task sheets are shared with client.
